On November 22, China Shenhua was recognized as one of the 2024 Best Practice Cases of Listed Company Board by the China Association for Public Companies, which marked the second consecutive year the company has received this recognition, following the success in 2023.

The 2024 selection process for best practice cases of listed company board began in July, aiming to promote compliant and effective board operations while showcasing exemplary governance models. The evaluation process featured preliminary reviews, expert committee assessments, and integrity verifications, ultimately selecting 119 best practice cases, 247 excellent practice cases, and 106 typical practice cases. China Shenhua’s consecutive recognition of Best Practice Cases of Listed Company Board highlights the regulatory authorities’ and capital markets’ acknowledgment of our board governance, further enhancing our positive image in the market.

In recent years, China Shenhua has pursued innovative approaches to board governance.
